TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- If we are unable to view the items prior to accepting the job, quotes will therefore be based on the information/Inventory provided to us. Should this list be inaccurate you will be charged based on the correct inventory, time and distance.
- A correct pick up and drop off postcodes are required prior to starting the job, as is the size and description of items.
- We endeavour to provide the best service possible so it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us should more than one man be required.
- It is the customer’s reasonability to inform us of any access restrictions we may encounter both on pick up and drop off i.e stairs, no driveway, parking restrictions, narrow doorways, will windows or doors need to be removed etc so we are able to prepare accordingly
- We reserve the right to charge additional fees should the customer require us to make extra stops different to the location from the original pick up/ delivery point.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us in advance, if for any reason you wish to cancel a job or change the date from that already agreed.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items are properly packaged either in a box or bubble wrapped. We are not liable to damage caused in transit from poorly packed goods.
- Although we take the upmost care with your possessions and will secure and pack them safely and securely, accidents can happen when goods are in transit. We do not take responsibility for already damaged goods which did not occur during transit. i.e. goods that has already been damaged before pick up and after delivery.
- Please if there is any query about the service we have offered you, let us know. We will try our best to resolve it
- By accepting our quote on ANYVAN you are agreeing to our terms and conditions
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
