Transportation was without issues. Driver arrived a bit late but that was not an issue to me. Items were delivered next day on time. Everything went smoothly up to the payment. This company overcharged me around £30 due to a mistake and promised to refund. 9th October 2013 I gave them my bank details and was told refund would be done within 7 days - never heard from them again. Contacted Anyvan who were very kind to call the company for me and again they said they would deal with the refund - never heard from them again. I have now lost all hope on any refund and feel absolutely ripped off. Hope they can use £30 to buy some sense of honor. |

Dmc_001 provided us with a very professional, friendly and helpful service. They helped take away a lot of the stress involved from moving (in our case from England to Ireland) and were extremely honest and genuine.
