About Me
We are a family business looking to extend our routes. We have been involved in the hospitality trade for three decades and customer service and satisfaction is our aim.
We have an extensive knowledge of ISO 9000 and quality standards and do our utmost best to treat our goods and parcels with respect.
Door to door Personal Courier Service and within mainland UK and possibly pan European.
Our future is a view to start vehicle transportation and a towing service.
Collection/deliveries are usually within 1-10 days if not stated otherwise.
Payment by cash on collection, Barclays pingit or paypal.
Please ensure all items are properly and professionally packed. We would prefer for items to be packaged. Wrapping can be agreed prior. We still take care of them and we will cover/wrap with blankets and strap in transit but they won't be subject for insurance.
Also we don't take responsibility if items can't fit into the house due to small door ways. We will endeavour to do our best to fit them in.
For any extra items/boxes not stated in listing. Extra charges of minimum £10 apply
Items need to be ready dismantled otherwise an extra charge of £10 minimum will be added.
If address is not correct we will charge an additional of £1 per mile between the wrong and correct postcode.
