Received no call after we made the booking, so had to call the guys to arrange ourselves. They then told us the destination was not where they thought it was and would cost more money, which we refused as the job had been agreed and the correct locations advised at the time of booking. They finally agreed this was their mistake and carried out the job. Later that night, they called one of the contact numbers on the job which was my parents and said they hadn't been paid and threatened to come back and take away the sofa. My boyfriend had in fact transferred the remaining amount for the job later that night but they had not seen this transaction go in yet. All in all, a very unprofessional and rude service. Will not use again.
