We are small family run business operating a 2 man team system. We are fully insured with both Public Liability and Goods In transit policies. Regarding your collection/delivery, should a date/s be specified, your goods will be collected/delivered on these dates. All other collections/deliveries will be guaranteed to be delivered within 10 days (in most cases this is within a week), unless otherwise requested and agreed. Collection and delivery days and times will be communicated in advance with notification given when we are 1 hour away. In addition, your goods can be collected and stored for a future delivery. All goods are handled with the utmost care and protected whilst in transit or storage. Regards, Derek
