We are a friendly family run business established 2013.
There is Dave and Jack as your porters and we have our wives Kim and Sarah as your office staff who will answer all messages, calls and emails whilst we are out doing your moves.
On occasion you may be privileged to meet our mini porters Thomas and Skye, these young monkeys will be there to carry any small items and will be no bother at all, as they are starting young to take over!!
Based in Fleetwood, Lancashire we are close to motorway links and will work all over the UK.

We have Goods in transit cover to cover your item in van during transit with cover up to 10k, however as with all couriers any glass items including mirrors and tvs are not covered and therefore are carried entirely at your own risk. Any damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of the completion of your move, otherwise we can not be held accountable for them. You as the customer are responsible for paying the £500 excess on the insurance policy, if you wish to make a claim.

We use dollys for heavy items and within the van we use straps and blankets to protect items.

Please note our Terms;

We quote you for what has been specified on your inventory list, if there are extras that have not been specified prior to you accepting our bid, we unfortunately where there has been extreme amounts of extra items, have to either charge extra for the items or in the rare case refuse to handle the goods.

PLEASE NOTE:
We do not offer a packing service and therefore all packing must be done prior to our arrival.

Please inform us prior to accepting our quote if there are any:-

Dismantling or re-assembly required
Parking restrictions
Awkward or tricky items of furniture or lengthy corridors to navigate

Waiting Charges:

We charge 35 pounds extra for each hour we are waiting. while you get the keys to your new property or sorting any other problems which arise.

Cancellation Fees:

7+ Days Notice - No Charge
2-6 Days Notice - 50% of removal costs
<48 Hours Notice - 100% of removal costs

These costs must be paid for via bank transfer or paypal and an invoice will be sent
