this guy should be banned from this site, a total waste of time took me nearly 4 weeks to sort out alternative recovery with someone else after he let me down everytime then has the cheek to leave me neutral feedback whats that about ? |

Failed to do the job this morning and didn't even contact me to offer an alternative or explanation. The communication has been horrendous, I tried to contact the driver, his wife advised there is was technical problem, now no contact at all. It's just common decency to keep people informed if there is an issue. I'm an understanding guy but to be let down by two companies from this website in one week is just poor service. Will never use this website or service again. Now to try and get my two deposits back. |
