Still not recieved my cross trainer. After firstly breaking down on Friday which was fine, they did not text me or let me know that they would not be collecting crosstrainer till 2 hours after the original collection time that delivery would not be made. Then said they could do 11 - 12 in morning. I had spoken to the woman that they were to collect item off on ebay she said she would not be in after 11.30 so needed to be before then, they once again were late then rescheduled for after 2pm and then literally did not hear anything. Still not recieved cross trainer, any form of contact and not instantly had my deposit refunded. Would not recommend this company if you want reliability. |
