About Me
We are a family run courier business. New to this site but experienced in collecting/delivering different types of consignment within UK and Europe.
We are not the cheapest but we turn up when agreed, we deliver when agreed and we deliver items in the same condition we have received. We do not overload our van therefore risking to cause a damage to other items.
We deliver on collection day unless agreed otherwise.
We recommend to add detailed job description - number of items, sizes, weight and any other relevant information in order to place an accurate bid. Changes to the job described (additional number of units, larger or heavier items, changes in collection/delivery address) might increase cost of delivery.
All items are blanket wrapped and strapped while in transit. For your peace of mind we do recommend to protect your valuable items with bubble wrap before collection.
Please check for availability before accepting the bid if you have specific time/date requirements.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT
You enter into a contract by ‘Accepting Quotation’ and these Conditions.
2.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1. You must not supply to us any prohibited items, goods which are illegal, the carriage of which is illegal, or the supply of which to the Recipient is illegal.
2.2. For extra protections you must ensure that any Goods that you supply to us are properly packed. Unpacked Goods are Blanket Wrapped in our van though.
2.3. You must provide with correct measurements of the Parcel.
2.4. You must provide with correct Collection and Delivery Address, phone numbers for the Recipient and yourself.
3. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1. We will transport the Parcel by any means.
3.2 If we are unable to deliver the Parcel (can not reach the Recipient or any other reason), we will contact you for further instructions. We reserve the right to require payment of further Fees should you request that the Parcel is returned to you or that we make a further delivery.
4. FEES
4.1 You agree to pay correct Fees before delivery is completed.
4.2 We accept Bank Transfer (must be paid prior Delivery), PayPal (commission 4%), COD (Cash on Delivery) payments.
4.3. We do not accept Cheques.
Here at AnyVan, we recognise the importance of finding a reliable company hence the reason for the Certified Badge found on their profile page.
The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified = 20 - 70 successful jobs
- Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

Please note: This is by no means a guarantee of their future work however this is representative of the work done to date.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Absolutely brilliant. Kristi allowed both my father and I to drive with her from Durham to Oxford, and deliver my things there. She was lovely, and made the trip much shorter.
