Very nice chap on the phone but he wanted paying upfront which when I contacted AnyVan I was advised against doing. Then the morning of the delivery he cancelled the job. Thank fully AnyVan were excellent and organised another van but that wasn't until the next day so we were rather put out. I'm sure it was just one of those things and I wouldn't discourage anyone from using Delboy but it's nice to have the AnyVan guarantee. |
