Terms and conditions on bidding jobs
1. when placing a bid- I will assume its ground floor to ground floor, unless otherwise stated. For stairs their will be an extra charge.
2. Parking Restrictions / parking fees/congestion charge- usually will not be included in the price. It is the customer responsibility to check if their address encounters any of the above. Then a new price will be reviewed.
3. I am a one man team- so I can assist/help the customer to load and unload the van. If customer cannot help/or is not present- then an extra charge may occur.
4.I have a medium size van - Ford Transit.
