We offer courier services as well as home/ office removal services around UK and Western Europe. Our aim is to deliver an efficient, friendly and satisfactory service to our clients.
Please prior to accepting our offer of service read the following:
*It is the responsibility of you the customer to package/ wrap your items securely before we pick up. Unless you the customer have asked and paid us to do the packaging.
*Dates and exact times MUST be confirmed before accepting an offer, failure to do so may lead to your job not being able to be carried out.
*All offers placed are for MAN and VAN ONLY, if a 2 or more men service is required it MUST be agreed on during communication before accepting offer.
* Additional charges MAYBE incurred by you the customer if the driver has to go into areas or urban tolls or pay toll, if the driver has to pay for parking while loading / unloading or waiting.
*It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability for parking. Also if parking permissions are needed you the customer HAVE to provide that, if our van receives a penalty charge it is you the customer's responsibility to reimburse the driver when payment is made on completion of the job.
*You WILL incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were on your quote before accepting our offer. A couple of boxes more MAY not normally cause a problem, however if you have under-estimated your items by more than 2 items the driver WILL add an extra charge depending on the amount of items, size, weight and time taken to load them. We also reserve the right to limit the amount of goods to the amount quoted in the booking.
*If you have listed your items as 'approximate' then the quote we make on such listing is an 'estimate' and is subject to an increase.
*Please ALWAYS advice what floors both properties are on as this will enable us to provide the right quote. If this isn't done there will be a charge of £30 per floor, because it will take longer and need more man power.
There is a 50% cancellation fee if done on the day.

Despite sending all the details 5 days before pick up, I was sent a message at 5pm the evening before pick up saying there would be a £30 charge (the whole job was £35 so almost as much as the whole job!) to bring the bookcase up the stairs despite the fact I had already paid extra for 2 people to be on the job. The bookcase arrived on time and in one piece but not impressed I had to organise help to bring it upstairs at the last minute and no sign of second person I paid for. |

1) The guy never called to confirm that job was going to go ahead. I had to chase him up, and he had a negative attitude over the phone, saying I didn't tell him the delivery address was on the 1st floor. He tried to charge me between £30 and £45 extra for this, which I refused. I nearly cancelled the job but agreed that they could deliver to the ground floor and I would take the sofa and its parts up the stairs myself. I was suffering back pain at the time of booking, and ordered 2 people to carry so I wouldn't have to do this, but he was taking the P trying to charge that much extra for a flight of stairs! Especially as the sofa was dismantled at pick up point by the other family, so there was nothing heavy for the guys to lift. |

Dornu was an amazing guy that went above and beyond his service! He moved a very heavy queen-sized bed from the collection point to the delivery point and was extremely accommodating when moving the bed from the van to the delivery flat. Not once did he complain and he was very jovial about the whole thing. Would definitely recommend him for any delivery service! |
