About Me
We are a small, family run, but professional removal company based in London also operating depos in Kent and London. We undertake every type of removals from small local moves to complete international relocations. We operate 22 m3 boxed Iveco luton vans.
We know that a removal van has to be reliable so we service our fleet regardless of costs. We have goods in transit insurance up to 10.000 GBP.
In order to secure your items we use special removal blankets, bubble wrap or cardboards. To fix them we use bungee cords, or straps whichever necessary. Most of the times our vans operated with a 2 men crew, so you don't have to worry about the loading and unloading. The vans are supplied with modern satnavs to find the way, and removal trolleys for heavy items.
OUR QUOTES ARE ALWAYS BASED ON THE INFORMATION YOU'VE GIVEN TO US. WE ALWAYS CLARIFY THE SIZE OF THE VEHICLE, THE NUMBER OF PORTERS AND THE SERVICES
INCLUDED IN OUR QUOTE. IF EXTRA WORK NEEDED WE NEED TO CHARGE EXTRA FOR THAT.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY FURTHER LIABILITY IF YOUR ITEMS WON'T FIT IN OUR VANS, BECAUSE OF UNLISTED ITEMS OR WHATEVER REASON.
IF THE QUOTE WAS FOR 1 VAN AND 1 TRIP WE WON'T MAKE A SECOND TRIP FREE OF CHARGE. IF A SECOND TRIP IS NEEDED WE ARE HAPPY TO GIVE A DISCOUNTED PRICE ON THAT!
IF YOU STATED FLEXIBILITY REGARDING DATE AND TIME OF THE JOB THEN DO NOT CLAIM TO HAVE IT DONE ON A FIXED DATE. IF YOU HAVE FIXED DATE ALWAYS CHECK WITH US PRIOR ACCEPTING THE BID!!!

- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Anyone out there looking at this company to move them, even if it is just 5 miles away, i wouldn't bother, as i am now still waiting for their excuses for why they have not turned up, 8 hours later. They do not answer their phone, they don't listen to repeated left messages, and always give an excuse that their van has either broke down, or have had an accident. |

I booked this van about 2 weeks in advance for 2pm on a Saturday morning. On Saturday morning I got a call at 10:30am from another driver saying Daniel's van broke down on Friday and he would replace him but he would arrive close to 4pm. At 4pm this driver told me he had at least 2 hours left on a job and would arrive after that. My husband and his friend sat waiting for hours and were running out of time (also my husband was ill). I had to call a neighbourhood Man & Van who was there in 15 minutes - but I had to pay double the price and unfortunately it made a bit of a mess out of our moving day. I'm sorry your truck broke down but you could have and should have notified us before hand and let us decided if we should use your replacement or try to book something else. I wish there was some way I could make you pay the extra cost I had to shell out because of you. |
