Terms & Conditions:

1. Our quotes are based on the inventory, distance and dates mentioned in the AnyVan Listings.
2. We know that the customer/s can't provide the Total number of boxes until the packing is done but at least customer can provide us the right number of bulky items.
3. Please let us know if you are changing the volume of items to adjust the quote accordingly so that we can plan for this move with a right size of vehicle.
4. We place a fair quote believing on the honesty of the customers so please provide us the best information you have and what kind of physical challenges we can face on the day of move.
5. If we find that we cannot move your bulky items safely due to narrow access/doors then we will leave it for you to do it yourself or we will charge hourly to dismantle them or take off the doors or windows if possible.
6. Please keep in mind that the deposit you pay goes to Anyvan as their fee for hosting this job. After accepting our quote we need a 20% amount from the outstanding balance. This is to insure that you booked us for your move and if you cancel the job anytime before the date we have reserve the rights to keep this amount (we feel sorry to do that but due to some unfair customers who cancelled the job on the very same day and wasted our time we had to reach on this point to take 20% in advance).
7. The outstanding balance we will collect on the day of move 50% on collection and rest of 50% on delivery.
