My name is David Atherton, I have been in the customer service industry for 36 years, and have recently started my new venture.
David Atherton’s Delivery Service (DADS) will provide excellent customer service. I am friendly, reliable and trustworthy, and will be as flexible as I can be to accommodate your requirements.
As your chosen courier, it is my intention to protect your goods and deliver them to their final destination in a safe and secure manner, to allow me to do this YOU must ensure that your items are packaged sufficiently. Fragile items are sent at your own risk of breakage, as they can break in transit. I am of course insured and I will additionally use strapping and blankets to protect your items.
As I currently work alone if any of your items are larger or awkward I may require assistance in loading and unloading, if you are unable to assist, please let me know at the time of booking and I will try and arrange a second man.
My aim is to provide an excellent customer service and experience so you recommend me to others, and for you to become a regular user of David Atherton’s Delivery Service. DADS – never let you down!
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
