Please ALWAYS GET IN TOUCH WITH US FOR AVAILABILITY BEFORE ACCEPTING OUR BID to avoid disappointment. All of our quotes including the help of the driver for loading/unloading and use of the van. As the offer we made is based on 1MAN+VAN, for larger items you will be required to organize help or let us know and we can arrange extra pair of hand (for extra cost).
Please always let us have all details of the delivery (including if need double manned van, if there is any levels/floors/steps, narrow halls, if no parking available by the entrance etc) and a full inventory list is a must, unless its agreed different.
WE DO HAVE CANCELLATION FEE OF:
100% - IF LESS THAN 48hrs | 50% - IF BETWEEN 48-96hrs | 25% - ANYTIME OVER 4days.
FAILED PICKUP DUE TO MISSDETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION BY CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED ON 100%.
OUR COMPANY WILL NOT CHARGE YOU EXTRA for OUT OF HOURS (including early mornings, late evening, nights or weekends).
If you using our service you will be safe with our £10.000 Goods In Transit Insurance.
We follow strict HEALTH AND SAFETY rules and also TRYING TO BE SAFEST with your belongings too so will use blankets, shrink wrap to cover your items as
OUR POLICY IS MAKING SURE CUSTOMERS ARE 100% SATISFIED.
We have recently upgraded our fleet to a few LONG WHEEL BASE SPRINTER/CRAFTER VANS, which are benefiting of Euro4 & Euro5 engines, and offering you 14 cubic meters of space inside and plenty of safety strap points to make sure your item will be safe during transit. We also have ASTRA VANS for smaller deliveries if required.
