Failed to contact me with a time slot for pick up of item. Then failed to turn up for to pick the item up...waited in all day, no courtesy call. On calling them they said they couldn't do it that day...so why didn't they ring to advise this instead of wasting my time? Reluctantly rescheduled for the next day and again they failed to show up. No customer service whatsoever. No regard for my time and clearly can't be trusted with my possessions if I can't even trust them to have the decency to call me. Will never use again. |

The delivery men did a good job and I will certainly use them again. They were the cheapest quote too. I would have liked a phone call about an hr or so before delivery just to know all was O.K. But that is perhaps just me. The men were pleasant and the chest was in good condition. Thank you for a good deal. |
