ABOUT US: We are the UK Authorised reseller of the largest Express courier companies, so you can be sure to receive world class service.
SUPPORT: You will be supported by a representative by email and Mobile phone. We have a reputation for great customer service, excellent communication and guaranteed service.
COLLECTION: We can collect on any working day you choose. Collections will be on weekdays between 9am and 5:30pm. For your convenience, collections can be timed, such as 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm (although this is not guaranteed).
DELIVERY: Delivery can be pre-arranged to suit you. Missed deliveries will be re-delivered FREE of charge. UK domestic shipments are delivered next working day. European road deliveries are 2-5 working days (Ireland, France, Germany, Spain: 2-3 working days). Rest of the world are 2-5 working days based on destination (USA: 1-2 working days).
INSURANCE: Insurance is FREE and covers up to $US 12 per Kg. For example, 100Kg will be covered by free insurance for up to $1200. Additional cover available at a fee of 2% of value.
TRACKING: This is NOT a "Man and Van" service. This is a courier service. Everything tracked online from collection to signed delivery for your peace of mind.
QUOTE: The charge is based on the higher of the actual or volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is calculated by: LxWxH/5000. For example, a 20Kg box at 50x50x50cm will be treated as 25Kg (volumetric). With multiple piece shipments, the charge is on the total of the actual or volumetric weight.
PLEASE NOTE: We require confirmation of the weight and size of all pieces. All items must be properly packaged for transportation. Also note that our couriers do not carry cash hence we require upfront payment. All work is carried out in accordance with our carrier’s Terms and Conditions.
