We are professional movers and we give our customers full committed and a reliable service. We specialize in house removals and we run all day all week. We are on the go nationwide for a cheap price. Our team is well trained and highly experienced in removal service. We will make sure that your belongings are handled smoothly with utmost care. We care always about customer satisfaction.
We will make sure that all the items are blanket wrapped when transporting and delicate items like glass, paintings will be bubble wrapped if requested. Our price in the bid after paying the website charge will be the final price no hidden costs.
Terms and Conditions
• Conjunction charges, parking charges, ferry charges are additional costs they are not included in the price.
• We charge for the inventory list that you have provided, anything additional from that will be charged.
• All furniture and electrical items must be disassembled and disconnected prior to collection as this is not covered in our bids. If you need dissemble, assemble services inform us before accepting our bid, additional charges will be included.
• Arrival time on any job is estimated. We will do our best to be on time, but there might be delays caused by circumstances out of our control. We do not accept responsibility for any customer loses due to out of our control delays.
• It's the customers responsibility to provide parking (reserve a space for the van outside of property before our arrival, arrange a suspension, permit where necessary with local council) If there is no pre-arranged parking and our van receives a ticket, it will be the customers responsibility to pay the fine to the driver at the end of job.
• It's the customer’s responsibility to pack everything properly. We do not accept responsibility for damage or breakage caused by poor packing.
•After we finished the job we will have no responsibility towards any lost, damaged items.
• If any delay is caused by the customer (e.g. everything isn't packed, waiting for keys, incorrect address,) we reserve the right to add an extra cost to the final bill.
• All payments must be made in cash upon job completion.
• If there are any difficulties when accessing the property inform us before accepting our bid.
• Unless stated we assume all collections, deliveries are ground floor.
