After accepting a bid from this company I didn't receive any further communication. I rang them to confirm that they were able to collect and deliver and they confirmed that they were. The following day they never turned up to collect my item. I tried to contact several times and they either didn't answer the phone or respond to my answerphone message. I had to relist the job. |
