Terms and Conditions:
• Our quote includes only one person with the help of loading/unloading however we can provide a second person for an additional £15 extra if needed.
• Please ensure that your inventory description is as accurate as possible
• Our quote is based is based on the items stated.
• We appreciate for some items you may not be able to be 100% accurate however we do expect a certain level of honesty from our clients.
• We reserve the right to add additional charges or refuse to carry out a particular job where it may in danger our staff or the wellbeing of other’s.
• We do not only offer a ground floor to ground floor service however stairs/floors are an additional charge cheaper if disclosed beforehand.
• Please ensure your items are packaged appropriately we cannot take responsibility for damaged items inappropriately packed.
Payments
The deposit you pay once you have accepted a bid is paid directly to Anyvan.
The remaining balance can be paid in following.
Our preferred payment method is PayPal and bank transfers due to the security and guarantee for we and customers we also accept cash payments.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Really helpful company, kept me up to date with arrival times etc. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending for anyone to use. They were also extremely competitive on price and charged less than every other quite to have a two man job. They are a small company just starting up and I was hesitant about using them but I am glad I did. |
