very unprofessional let me down on 3 separate arranged times,ignored numerous phone messages,shall not be using his services again and suggest others be warned

His time for pick up was 8am and did not arrive till 1pm ish. He said on txt that he had had a 3 hour delay but would not give indication of time arrival until he was close so whole morning waiting for him. When he collected the scooter he said was going to have a break for hour,
hour half then txt myself and my son to say when he was setting off. That did not happen even thou he says it did. Did not arrive with scooter till 10ish that evening. Again would not give indication of where he was until spoke to him and said in Central London. No idea why as my sons house you do not go through London you bypass it. Lots of txts from me as not telling me what going on. Then when he did said half an hour away but still not arrived hour half later. The guy seemed a nice guy and I feel bad re negative review but based on this one experience would not use any van again. I love the concept but experience was really stressful. Rang any van over weekend but no one available till Monday. Again not helpful at that time needed reassurance that scooter would get picked up and delivered as per the contract.

Great, did the job at short notice and very cheap for a two man team.
