Man and van-uk are a professional, reliable and dependable man and luton van with tail lift, dedicated to helping you get your goods or possessions to wherever they need to be , safely and without fuss. We are fully insured with goods in transit,hire and reward and public liability insurance, we are also CRB registered. We have upper tier waste carrier licence.
WE ARE AVAIABLE 24HOURS A DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK AND CAN ACCOMODATE WORK AT SHORT NOTICE.
Terms and conditions.
All quotes are based on one man and Luton van with tail lift unless otherwise stated.
A 50% deposit may be required 48 hours before the job is due to commence.
* If the customer chooses to pay via PayPal or bank transfer he needs to do so by the day before the delivery date and the PayPal transaction fee needs to be covered by the customer.
* It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the inventory list provided for the specific job is correct and accurate. If extra items are required to be shipped or removed, an extra charge may be incurred depending on the individual and specific situation and circumstances.
* If the customer fails to provide access for collection/delivery on the arranged date and time slot of the booking and therefore waiting hours or storage is required, extra fees would incur. Waiting time will be charged at the standard rates at £20 p/h per person booked. Storage fees may very according to the type of job that is being carried out.
* We charge extra for dismantling and reassembly of furniture unless this has been previously discussed with the customer or included in the job description.
* Our quotes are ground to ground floor delivery based, unless otherwise stated in the job description. Please inform us how many stories each property holds in advance if not shown on the inventory form you completed.
If a job is cancelled for whatever reason once booked the full job fee will be charged to the customer as we will have allocated man power and transport. No exceptions.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
