A promising start with a good quote and good communication - but we only discovered about ten days later our cargo had not been delivered. There may have been a simple explanation but we were not informed, nor were our messages returned. It was only after intervention by AnyVan that the whereabouts of our cargo was established and an alternative contractor was arranged, with the furniture subsequently safely delivered. |

Avoid if possible, very poor communication, we had fish to be transported and explained we needed to leave it to the last minute to collect (as we needed to bag fish and ensure they had as much oxygen as possible), he said he would collect at 12pm, never arrived, called him and rang out, finally got hold and he explained that he would be a couple of hours around 4pm. Fish are still bagged ready for pick up and he knew this all along. 4pm came and no sign, contacted and he said "going to be a few hours away, dont wont to tell you a time as it will be wrong". After this we cancelled the pick up and had to put the fish back into the tank, we had 2 fish die the next morning. Avoid at all cost |

Nice, honest guy. Could do with being a bit more organised with admin/communication. Was late for pickup and delivery but all items transported safely in the end. Didn't reply to email or answer phone. Text messages seemed to work better. |

In 5 years of using anyvan to provide a service to my clients, I have never had a worse experience. Failed to arrive and collect job for around 830am as agreed, my client notified me at 1330 he had sent a message saying van broke down. I rang him 10 times text him for an update and basically lied to me. He then continued by abusing me by text calling me a TWAT an Ffing idiot and a knob. I have since reported to him to Anyvan. Be warned I have hosted over 50 jobs on AVan and never ever left a negative feedback. Awful experience and the abuse was disgusting. |
