Hello and thank you for reading our profile! We're a family run business specialising in light removals, man and van services and courier bookings. We have over 15 years experience in the transportation industry, fully insured and equipped with trolleys, blankets, straps and tools.

Before accepting a bid from us, please read our terms and conditions:

Our quotes are based on one man (unless the job specifically states more than one man is required). Please ensure you have someone capable of assisting the driver with anything that is too big or heavy for him to carry alone, if an additional man is required, please enquire before accepting our bid.

Please confirm availability for your requested date and time with us before accepting. Payment must be made via bank transfer 24 hours prior to the booking, cash payments can also be discussed.

You are required to confirm the following information as accurately as possible - inaccurate information will lead to additional costs on the day, payable in cash:

i) Inventory listing (a couple of small extra items are acceptable).
ii) Number of flights of stairs (both collection/delivery addresses)
iii) Distance from van to front door (both collection/delivery addresses)
iv) Parking restrictions including height and width, congestion charges, loading/unloading. Any parking meters, tolls and parking tickets are payable by the customer.
v) Any additional stops.
vi) Disassembly of any items.
vii) If dimensions/quantity are inaccurate, the driver reserves the right to refuse load the items.

Waiting time is charged at £30 per hour (£15 per half hour) at both collection and delivery addresses.

If less than 48 hrs notice is given for cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the agreed cost.

Insurance will only cover items packaged correctly. Claims will only be entertained if reported within 24 hours after completion of the booking.

We dont offer exclusivity of our vans and cant take passengers unless the driver is travelling directly to the delivery address. Please enquire beforehand.

It is likely the driver will have other bookings in between collection and delivery.

All items must packed and ready before the driver's arrival.

Whilst we make every effort to be punctual, there may be instances out of our control e.g. traffic , accidents, vehicle breakdowns which may lead to the delay or re-scheduling of your booking.
