The move started off well and ended up with a missing full length mirror which the drivers reckoned was never in the van for a start off which it was - obviously smashed en route! There were a few boxes marked Fragile however ornaments and a lamp was smashed when I unpacked them. I rang the company as they said they were insured but were told 'tough! these things happen' and did nothing about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Cowboys! |

Really brilliant service. The guys arrived on time as arranged and quickly loaded the van before making a speedy job of unloading at my new address. Nothing was damaged and both men were polite and helpful. Very, very happy - since hurting my back moving house I've been unable to lift anything much so having the peace of mind and service for such a great price was fantastic. Highly recommended |
