We are a small family company but with a big heart, willing to do everything to make you happy. We have more than 50 years experience in courier and removal business. Our service always includes new and clean vehicle; blankets straps and good care at no extra cost; polite, neat and hardworking employees. Our motto is to help our customers not just to make money.
To simplify your move and avoid any additional charges please read all the points below which will make the whole process totally clear and hassle free:
1) Make sure to provide all addresses correct. If you want to change the address on the day of arrival it should not be more than 5 miles away from the one you indicated initially.
2) We'll make sure to provide you with the 3 hours window of arrival beforehand and you'll need to be present on the agreed time.
3) Items should be described correctly. If by any reason the order is bigger/heavier than described we'll be forced to change the quote.
4) Let us know if moving is needed in or out of upper floors.
5) Dismantle to be agreed if needed.
6) If the item is already fully wrapped upon arrival we are not able to guarantee its condition upon delivery. It isn't inspected by our drivers, so if there are any scratches/damages you'll need to resolve this with the person from the collection.
7) Before the van departs, check if nothing has been forgotten. Make sure to check if nothing is moved in error.
8) We hope for your patience and understanding for delays or non-completion of your orders on agreed time/day caused by unforeseen circumstances, which are outside of our control, i.e. weather, major traffic delays, motor way closure ,customers’ delays, accidents, etc.
9) Make sure to check items upon arrival and to claim the condition of the item in front of the driver or within 24 hours if you are not present during delivery.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified = 20 - 70 successful jobs
- Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
