What an absolute legend. Seriously I can't sing this guys praises highly enough! Had issues with another courier who bid on my item, large company- no phone contact to liaise either end, parcel needed wrapping and labelling- not what I was looking for. Anyvan refunded my deposit and Chris was the next best bidder- £1 more expensive. Chris is one man in a van, he talks, he is flexible, he goes out of his way for you, he isn't "one of our drivers" he isn't "in our call centre!", he's in his van. When he's in his van he's constantly evolving his route to try and squeeze you in- without any prompting whatsoever. I was happy to fit in with him to be honest, but, somehow after contacting him this afternoon via Anyvan I've ended up with my item this evening (expecting it sometime next week, via some means; fingers crossed). It is also, by chance, my birthday. I great present to me, yes, but without Chris none of this would be possible. Very impressive service. Thanks again Chris! |
