We are a courier service based in Lancashire.
Our services cover the whole of the UK mainland.
We provide a fast, reliable and honest service with excellent customer service skills.
We have a large nationwide client base of returning customers including high profile musicians, professional footballers and sports coaches.
Terms and Conditions
⦁ Our bids are based on one driver with 1 van (Please be sure to make us aware prior to accepting our bid if the job requires more than 1 person)
⦁ We operate under a 4 hour window for jobs to be collected or delivered on jobs that we win that are listed as flexible. ( 9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm, 5pm-9pm) If any collections or deliveries run after 9pm the customer will be made aware of this an hour prior.
We can deliver up until 10pm.
⦁ Requests for more precise times are accepted if possible.
⦁ We are available to make a phone call to both collection and delivery points 1 hour before our driver arrives if requested.
⦁ Our service is a courier service from door to door from ground floor to ground floor. Please make us aware if there is any requests for items to be delivered otherwise and we will be happy to comply if possible.
⦁ Please ensure that furniture such as wardrobes and beds are dismantled prior to collection (Unless discussed otherwise) as our driver will not have time to dismantle and reassemble any furniture.
⦁ Please ensure that all the items you require us to collect and deliver are listed as extra items may be charged for, or our driver may simply not have space for them.
⦁ We provide bubble wrap and blankets for items in transit. However, for fragile items it is advised and much appreciated if these could be ready wrapped prior to collection. (Unless discussed otherwise)
⦁ No passengers will be transported with their items.
* Please check availability for discussed collection and delivery dates before accepting as slots fill up quickly and other jobs can accept in between discussions.
* ALL bank transfer payments to be paid prior to delivery of goods.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Terrible customer service! Failed to pick up on 2 different occasions all without any communication what so ever. Did not answer texts or pick up calls I found out he cancelled and re scheduled job from seller. Do not use complete waste of time! |
