We are experienced professional couriers, although we are new to the Anyvan booking service.
Our operating standards are:
safety and security is our highest priority. All of our cargos are carried in one of our secure box vans or secure boxtrailers. If necessary items are bubble wrapped and placed in a plastic box for transport. We use onboard CCTV cameras to monitor the cargo and surrounding traffic during transit. If required, we can put a satellite tracking devices on your consignment so that you (and we) always know where it is
Professionalism: Our couriers are experienced, mature, responsible people who can be trusted to look after your goods properly and they expect to be paid properly. We believe that our charges are reasonable and competitive for the quality of service we provide
Bespoke service: The same individual courier will look after your goods from collection to delivery. The service we provide is specific to your needs and requirements.
Payment terms: we ask for ‘cash on delivery’ because it is the easiest and most convenient method of payment
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
