All bookings governed by our Terms & Conditions (available on request). Delivery partner terms do not apply.
Prohibited Items
No liquids, dangerous goods, or human remains. Discovery may result in cancellation or disposal—no liability to us.
Claims
Submit loss/damage claims directly to us via email. Contacting carriers without approval may void claims.
Service Standards
Access: Kerbside pickup/delivery (ground floor). Driver assistance at discretion—inform us of access challenges
Timing: Dates are estimated, non-guaranteed. We're not liable for delays or losses
Cancellations
Before pickup confirmed: 50% refund
After pickup scheduled: no refund

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 10 - 50 successful jobs - Silver Certified
