In order to maintain high quality of our service and ensure a smooth and stress-free cooperation with our Customers, we present you the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTING OUR BID:

1. Pursuant to Goods In Transit insurance, the Customer must provide a full list of the transported goods along with their estimated value and additional information that may be significant for their transport i.e. any markings or existing wear or damage.

2. WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OCCURING DUE TO POORLY PACKED OR UNPACKED FURNITURE OR ANY OTHER BELONGINGS. Hence, all the items should be packed prior to pick-up on the Customer's behalf.

2. Any damage claims that may arise after signing off the delivery note will not be taken into consideration. Therefore, you must inspect your goods upon arrival.

3. The Customer will be immediately informed of any delays occurring due to random events beyond our control (including, but not limited to accidents, weather).

4. Any cancellations occurring in less than 48 hours prior to pick-up may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. The Customer is responsible for providing a reasonable parking space for the pick-up. Any fees or charges our van may be subject to due to parking permissions are to be covered by the Customer.

6 Payment by bank transfer can be made in two ways:
Option 1
50 percent of the amount must be paid to your account after loading the goods
50 percent of the amount must be paid to the account on the day of unloading the goods upon arrival of the van at the delivery address
Option 2
100 percent of the amount must be credited to the specified account on the day of unloading - before unloading the goods.

7. The customer will be charged with additional costs incurred as a result overloading the van with the goods:
a fee for an overloaded the van,a secondthe van for reloading and additional costs resulting from the delivery of the goods to the indicated address by a second the van.
