About Me
We are a small independent Courier company. We have 3 vans all long wheel bases. We offer low prices by consolidating collections and deliveries. If we have bid on your job it means we will be in your area very soon. Please email us before accepting any bid so that we can advise of a delivery date and slot details. As we are on the road most of the day our preferred method of contact is via email and we will respond within 24 hours. All drivers will have mobile phones on them on the day of delivery.

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport

Belongings arrived 4 days later than accepted quote, huge inconvenience when you are moving house and take time off work between the dates the company has agreed to. The man who delivered my items was very friendly and helpful. However the gentleman I spoke to on the phone once my things were delivered to confirm how much was left to pay was rude, shouted over me, threatening and aggressive. I will neither recommend or use this company ever again. Also they repackaged two of my boxes and a large fleece and electric blanket is missing from the top of each box and there was no attempt to close these large boxes. Therefore they arrived to me open. |

Massive waist of time. I kept calling and waiting for over half an hour until I would leave voicemail which they would then ignore. They also ignored my emails except one which they finally replied to saying they would deliver the next day... Waited in all day and they never showed up. Couldn't get through to them so had to Anyvan to cancel the job. |

disappointing towards the end of the service; the kneeler came after the driver spend about 45 minutes driving all over the surrounding villages, a bit weird when SATNAV takes you literally to our doorstep! I cant say that I was actually upset about that BUT when he finally got to the end of our lane he stated that he couldn't drive down the lane and that he wanted to leave the kneeler with the persons house on the corner because he was late for his other jobs! - so my husband drove three minutes down the end of our lane to collect the kneeler his self and it seemed that actually the van could have made it to our door stop very easily. Not good service ! but very cheap. |

Time of delivery has changed so many times and at the end not delivered on a day which was agreed. Although drivers were nice, when they finally turned up, whoever runs this company made me feel very unimportant, in fact I was almost told off that I wanted my delivery. Apparently I accepted the cheapest quote so I guess he treated me accordingly. |
