About Me
We are a family business based near to the Channel Tunnel in Kent and the Limousin region in France.
We have many years experience in transport, storage and removals and aim to provide a first class service to all of our clients and are fully insured for removals to all parts of Europe.
All boxes should be packed and clearly labelled, as should smaller furniture items and garden tools etc.
A full address and postcode for collection and delivery is required.
All bids are based on 1 man collection / delivery from and to ground floor unless agreed by prior arrangement and on items listed. During peak times, we may use approved partners to undertake some removals.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTING OUR BID.
All goods will need to be packed properly as insurance will protect only items which are rightfully secured for transport. Liability for damage resulting from poor packaging may be rejected by our insurers.
You will need to check your items upon arrival as claims cannot be considered after signing off the delivery confirmation documents and after the driver has left the delivery location.
An inventory of items will need to be completed with information regarding item description, number of boxes etc.
If weight / size / quantity of goods provided by you are incorrect or incomplete then we reserve the right to charge an additional fee, or refuse to transport the item(s) if there is not enough space on our vehicle.
If items need to be disassembled, and reassembled, please let us know before accepting the bid as we may have to charge for this depending on what is involved.
Please have your items READY TO TRANSPORT when we arrive, as delays caused by items not being ready may incur waiting time charges.
The customer is responsible for providing a reasonable parking space for the pick-up. Any fees or charges our van may be subject to due to parking permissions are to be covered by the Customer.
If a job is cancelled at short notice (within 48 hours of arranged time) a 50% cancellation fee may be charged, depending on the circumstances.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Peter and his wife turned up on time in France and packed all our goods into their van quickly. It was lovely to meet them both - they are extremely friendly people. We got all our stuff delivered to our new English home and everything went to plan. Moving house is very stressful, but when you move country too, your stress levels rocket; however, Peter made the whole process very easy. I would have no hesitation in using Peter's services again, as he is completely trustworthy and I would recommend him 100% to everybody. |
