Started off really positive, I didnt fill the dates in properly and he was really nice about it and very helpful but now he seems to have dissapeared, is not answering my emails and I move tomorrow so have had to arrange alternative transport. I did say it was my fault I didnt fill the dates in so if was inconvenient please let me know and I would have been fine, but I haven't heard anything which I find is just rude |

Very, very POOR service. I went to labour without and deliver without my husband on my side because of this man. He told us he was delivering our items to my husband on an appointment schedule time which my husband have to leave the hospital to meet him but he NEVER show up and refused answering our calls and massages. I won't recommend him to anyone. |

I can possibly see why some of your feedback is not always excellent - we chose to work around each others commitments and some people might prefer not to be so flexible. I found you to be a GOOD communicator and you went the extra mile by delivering to our door when we had previously agreed we would meet elsewhere.
