Picked up a day earlier than arranged which was inconvenient for both the seller and my friend who received the bike on my behalf as I was offshore. Somehow managed to break 3 indicators off the bike, unfortunately my friend never knew what condition the bike was in when collected or knew what to look for so never realised and signed for it without querying. I was also advised that I should expect communication from the driver regarding the collection/delivery but had to call several times only to get dismissed as he was texting the sender, despite me being the client. Absolute amateur who certainly can't be trusted to secure a bike without causing damage to it. Not happy with the service at all. |

Kwame collected furniture and boxes from Switzerland for return to the UK. He kept me informed by text as to the progress of his journey to the collection point, provided a 2-hour window, and then an update of 30 mins prior to arrival, then the same on delivery in the UK. He handled the items with care and dismantle a large antique dining table and packaged it for protection. He worked efficiently and it was clear he was very respectful of the furniture and boxes being personal items and not simply cargo to be transported. Apart from providing a great service Kwame was very pleasant and he provided an excellent service, so I wouldn't hesitate in using him again or recommending him. |
