We are friendly and professional Removal company with a dedicated and hardworking team. We have been trading for 10 Years.
Terms and Conditions:
1. We reserve the right to cancel jobs if they have been accepted without prior checking of our availability.
2. A charge of £40 per hour will be incurred for waiting time. We reserve the right to unload the van at an appropriate place at the property if the keys for property will not be available.
3. We reserve the right to charge additional amounts if items are added to the Inventory without prior notice to and agreement with ourselves.
4. The dismantling and reassembling of items is not a standard service and may incur additional charges unless agreed prior to the job being accepted.
5. Any parking charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. This is building-to-building service. In case floor levels have not been mentioned on the job-sheet, items will be delivered to the ground floor, or additional charges may be applied to cover the costs.
7. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item / items being delivered will actually fit into the property / required place.
8. All damages / complaints must be reported within a maximum of 24 hours after the completion of the job, otherwise insurers will not accept a claim. A written copy of the claim must be provided with full details of the claim.
9. Cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed price + VAT.

- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)

- Drivers licence details
