About Me

Who We Are.
Although new to AnyVan we have been moving peoples goods and pets around UK for over 5 years.
We specialize in small loads and offer a personal service, door to door.
We are DEFRA licenced pet transporters for journeys over 65km and up to 8 hours for transport by road.
We carry furniture blankets and straps to wrap and protect your items while in our care. During transportation we treat your belongings as if our own.
We do not cross load your items from van to van during transit, if we need to keep your items overnight, they remain secure in our vehicle. If longer storage is needed, the items are stored at our own facility free of charge (Conditions Apply).

The Nitty Gritty
If you accept our quote, or AnyVan prepaid service, you agree to be bound by these T&C’s

1. More items than stated on your listing will incur additional fees.

2. Different collection/delivery address than on your listing could incur extra charges.

3. We are not responsible or liable for loss of income/time off work whatsoever you may have incurred while waiting for us to deliver or collect.

4. We are covered by GIT Insurance with £250 excess and Public Liability with £500 excess. Customers are liable to pay all excess costs.

5. If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £20 per 30 minutes will be charged.

6. Sometimes things go wrong, traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, illness, may result in us not getting to you at the arranged time or day, we will endeavour to keep you fully informed and reschedule your job.

7. If a job is cancelled at short notice (within 48 hours) a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.

8. It is your responsibility to check that any item you have purchased will fit into your home or place of work, as there will be a charge for dismantling and assembling items.

9. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure our vehicle will have space to park, the customer is liable for parking fees and fines.

10. It is your responsibility to ensure items are properly packaged/wrapped. We will not accept responsibility for damage caused by poor wrapping/packaging.

11. Full payment in cash to be made on collection of goods, unless previous other arrangement made.
