Terms & Conditions

It's the customer's responsibility to ensure the availability of parking. If we get a parking ticket, the customer will have to reimburse the driver.

Be aware that on our way to the delivery point, we may stop to collect or deliver items for other jobs, unless you have booked a dedicated van or an express service.

Please be flexible when you state in the listing, the price is based on this.

If you provide a different address for collection/delivery than the one on the listing then extra charges may be incurred.

Please try to be as accurate as possible regarding the number of items, dimensions, and weight. If there is a difference from what was originally posted extra charge may be incurred.

It's the customer's responsibility to ensure everything is ready to be moved when the team arrives at the collection point and also to ensure there will be no waiting time at the collection/delivery address. If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge will incur. Charges are the following: £20/30minutes/1 man/van or £30/30 minutes/2 men/van.

Unfortunately, we can't predict traffic delays, accidents, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns and staff illness which sometimes may results in us not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day. If it happens, we will keep you updated and we will finish your job at the soonest possible time.

It's the customer's responsibility to check that any item you move will fit into your new home or place of work, because if dismantling or/and assembling is needed, extra charges may be incurred.

If a job is cancelled within 48 of a job taking place, a charge of 50% of the job price will be applied. If a job is cancelled within 24 hours of the job starting, a charge of 90% of the job will be applied.

Cash only unless discussed beforehand.

Payment terms: cash on job completion or bank transfer prior to job completion.
