Before you accept our bid, please contact us via email so we can discuss the specifications of the service you require.
Here are a few details of our business you need to know:
*We charge extra for dismantling!
*Our quotes are based on ground to ground floor delivery services unless otherwise stated on the listing!
* Some jobs may be passed on to a third party to allow more flexibility to our company. Having an established network of reliable transport companies enables us to offer our services on very short notice, and also to back us up in cases of vehicle brake-down
Payment Terms:
*Online payments must be completed before delivery, or in cases where the customer is able to make instant payment via internet banking- on delivery!
* Failure to make a payment may result in added costs for storage and labor.
-Customers may also be asked to complete up to 50% of the payment via bank transfer at a date prior to the completion of the service (this is a payment separate from the Anyvan deposit payment, which a customer pays at the point of making the agreement).
-If the customer chooses to make a payment via Paypal, the Paypal transaction fees need to be covered by the client.

Brilliant company... Would REALLY recommend these guys. The turned up when expected, went above beyond my needs which were described, were considerate in the property, were friendly and all round lovely. They picked up my possessions, delivered them to the unit, unloaded them and then helped me arrange them inside. Unbelievable service!!! |

They told me that they would be able to assemble my wardrobe, but they didn't bother checking what sort of wardrobe it was. As, unlike them, I am no expert in assembling furniture, I didn't realise that some wardrobes might be too difficult. Even though there were two men and I had been told they would assemble my wardrobe, they told me it was too difficult and they could not do this, and I had to get another contractor to come and do this a week later. They did charge me less money, but I was left with a wardrobe in pieces and my new home in a mess. They also promised to pick up a chest of drawers that they did not have time to get on the Saturday, but were rude, slow and unhelpful in doing this, and I still don't have my chest of drawers. Moving is very stressful anyway, and they made it more so. Not recommended at all. |
