We are a friendly professional courier company offering a competitive solution to all your transport needs. We are based in Essex and Herts but will cover all areas of the UK as long as sufficient notice is given.
Please note our bids are subject to flexible collection and delivery dates and times unless specified in your job description. Any special requests should be discussed prior to accepting our bid. Collection and delivery usually within 10 working days of accepting our bid unless otherwise agreed. Collection and delivery are not necessarily on the same day.
We will happily help with loading and unloading, but help for heavy items should be available on both ends. Please also remember only one person (driver) will be collecting and delivering your item(s). Transportation includes blanket wrapping if required. All items are handled with care.
For London collection or deliveries within the congestion zone on weekdays 7 am - 6 pm, the congestion charge of £10 is applicable.
A cancellation charge of 50% is applicable if an accepted job is cancelled by you less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick up time.
Here at AnyVan, we recognise the importance of finding a reliable company hence the reason for the Certified Badge found on their profile page.
The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
