we are a growing transport provider and pride our selves on a first class service. we have been in the trade for over 20 years doing transport.
we only have a few terms and conditions they are as follows.
we will contact you on delivery day or collection day to confirm times with you. If we arrive and find that the job is not what was offered we reserve the option to cancel the job or make additional charges / reduction to you.
we offer a doorstep to doorstep delivery service. Please don't ask us to take your baby grand up 5 flights of stairs . we will help as far as we can to deliver in to your property but any damages are your responsibility as our insurance only covers us to your doorstep.
In the unlikely event of a break down or delay to your delivery we will contact you to let you know what is happening and give you a new delivery time.
TIMED DELIVERY'S
we offer timed delivery's so you can arrange to be in at a set time this will cost you a little more as we will be doing your delivery before any other delivery.
we can take cards as payment for the job but we have a charge of 2.5% for the privilege. this we have to pass on as our margins are tight. If your wanting to pay by card a faster bank transfer would be better for both of us.
