Definitely a positive comment, Alan arrived on time, was extremely helpful and nice. I had more stuff then what initially listed but he loaded everything really quickly and helped me a moving it all to the 2nd floor of the new house. He also gave me a lift on the van, wich was a nice chat and a good laugh! Highly recommended!!! |

First class communication when he was bidding for the job. When it came to doing the work, it was the opposite. Arco (Alan Coulter) failed to collect at agreed date and time. Revised collection details agreed for following day. Again he failed to collect. He refused to respond to any communications (telephone, SMS and e-mail) for the next week. A recorded delivery letter sent to him, but still no response 4 days after he signed for it. |

arco agreed to collect and deliver after 1pm on Weds 13th. He did not arrive to collect that day and we have had no phone calls or emails to explain the reason. Now 5pm Thurs 14th. His phone is off. |

Kitchen arrived in a deplorable state. Doors damaged due to rubbing against metal on the journey to my house. 4 of the units were destroyed due to poor loading. Despite giving him a chance to give me his insurance details I've never heard from him again. Wouldn't go near him again |
