ON ACCEPTACE OF OUR BID/QUOTE YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. We reserve a right to refuse jobs accepted without prior check regarding availibility!
2. The description, quantity, weight and dimensions of the consignment must match that of your listing.
Any goods over and above will be carried where space permits at an extra cost to be agreed and
payable in cash at the collection point.
3. It is customers responsibility to make sure our removal vans will have space to park , any parking fines or congestion charges will have to be paid for by the customer.
4. Please note that dismantling or assembling furniture services, disconnecting or reconnecting appliances, fittings or equipment. do not include in our quotation. And if it is not agreed otherwise, the extra cost to be agreed payable in cash in the collection point.
5. If the order is cancelled on it's collection date and because of that we had some extra fuel expenses, the customer can be charged extra fee which must be transferred to our bank account during 24 hours.
6. We charge 30 pounds extra for each hour of delay while doing the house removal ( if You are late to come to pick up/ delivery place, while you get the keys to your new property or sorting any other things).
7. There is a 10% charge if paying by Credit/Debit Card.
