We always try to go that extra mile for our customers!!
In case of breakdown of our vehicles, traffic or atmospheric conditions, please be sensible as we cannot be held responsible for delay. However, I will try my best deliver it as soon as possible after the date agreed.
Preference is made for collection and delivery up to 14 days after the job was won. Also, please be flexible on dates whenever you state that your job date is Flexible.
**We try our best to deliver the best service to our customers. Please leave us good feedback otherwise, please express your concerns at the time of delivery in order to find a solution.
Packing:
We charge £8 per box as we pack, all other packing materials like bubble wrap, packing paper, wardrobe boxes, large medium boxes and tape is included.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
