I accepted this bid on the express understanding that the furniture would be collected on 23 March and would be delivered the following week. This was confirmed to me in an email from andyjeff and also confirmed in a telephone call to Andrew on 22 March. At about 9 am on the day of collection Andrew called me to say that due to cancelled orders he would be unable to collect that day. I was travelling to France that evening so it was impossible to arrange an alternative collection/delivery schedule and I therefore can elled the order. This firm has shown itself to be unreliable and I require the return of my deposit |
