I have used this courier twice and will never use again. On the first job, he increased the quote by £20 after having attended to collect the item. He claimed he needed four men to move the item but that it was only two of them. I had no choice as he was already there to collect the item and I had not made any other arrangement so I agreed to this. Also, when he delivered the item, he claimed that the deposit I had already paid to anyvan was not included in the quote so I ended paying the deposit twice. I therefore ended up paying about twice the original quote. |
