Currently we are a new business that is run on a family basis. Our aim is to provide a friendly & efficient service. We travel the length and breadth of Britain And Europe. We work solo or in pairs so if you need more than one person for a removal just let us know.
We are a professional delivery and removal company with a clean Panel van & drivers with a vast amount of experience domestically and internationally.
As a company we have vans fitted with ramps that allow us to carry goods into the van without any damage, van railings to secure your goods and a heavy duty trolley. Start a business with us and you will not be disappointed.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

They were nice and prompt and did the job. Only negative thing that annoyed me was while driving and breaking too hard at a crossing my hoover fell in the back and was damaged and when I noticed a day after packing I find the hoover door wont shut as it was broken in the fall. I leave it for the Mon/Tues to contact as a I was working. I got shabby reply that passing the buck (despite them suposedly being insured and my being polite about the situation) I wasn't pretending to have an expensive Dyson model, but after paying £2000 for the move in terms of the flat and all involved AND then the van rental service...a hoover break was yet another cost. I called them and spoke to the son and he aaid he'd he'd check the insurance situation and call back. Never heard from them again. I had other matters to deal with so chalked it off but left me somewhat pissed off. Hence why I cannot give you 100% positive feedback. You should have handled it better. At the same timw the son is at school age travelling with his father as father speaks little English (which is no problem in terms of service as they were polite and friendly) but discussing insurance and damage with a school kid is not ideal. Sorry. |
