Terms and conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Once a bid is accepted, we will contact you within 48 hours. If the job is urgent for the same day/next day, we shall contact you within 3 hours to confirm arrangements.
2. Any jobs that are cancelled/postponed within 48 hours of the date of the job will not incur a charge.
3. Is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability or have permission for parking, if our van receives a penalty charge is customer's responsibility to reimburse the driver when payment is made
4. You may incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were included in your quote. If you underestimate the quantity of your stuff the driver has the right to charge you more.
5. We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.
