This man failed to turn up,after a 45 min drive by me to get to the property. He did not text or phone to let me know and finally answered my calls half an hour after he was due and said his gearbox had failed. FURIOUS!!!!!! |

After accepting my quote I was let down on day of collection/delivery, when in fact it was only when I made contact with the driver was told sorry van off the road. Wonder when I was going to be informed, had to rearrange again for someone at both addresses to reschedule. Not impressed |
